українська версія  The journal is prepared for publication by a team of editors and peer-reviewers. All papers are published after a series of editorial corrections proposed both by the editors and authors considering the comments and advice of peer-reviewers and members of the Editorial Board.

In accordance to the key idea and features of a scientific school, i.e. exchange with manuscripts and mutual support of research, the Editorial Board makes efforts to support manuscripts presenting relevant and topical ideas and results. In some cases the task of the editors is to advise authors for improvement of manuscripts or data revision. Similarly, the peer-review process is conducted not only to estimate the manuscripts but also to provide recommendations for their enhancement.
